About the Author
Eddie White is a dedicated husband and father whose personal experience forms the foundation of this Parent RoundTable Module. Married to his wife Vambie for over 30 years, they are proud parents of two adult daughters (Jaelin and Jaleah), a son-in-law (Deandre), and two grandsons. Eddie’s 28-year career as a United States Army Officer, where he earned the rank of Colonel, contributes extensive leadership insights that translate directly to effective family leadership.
As a certified Parent Instructor with a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from the University of Georgia and a Master’s in Adult Education from Kansas State University, Eddie combines academic credentials with real-world experience. His self-published book, Startpoint: Parenting in the White House – Raising Empowered Young Women through a Father’s Eyes, shares how he and Vambie deliberately raised their daughters to become empowered young women. Eddie is God-Purposed and Spirit-Led, principles embedded in everything he does personally, professionally, and for the communities he serves.
