Michelle Malcolm’s passion for transformation is evident in her work with the Miss Bahamas Organization (MBO), which she has led for the past 11 years. Under her leadership, the pageant serves as a developmental program which takes its contestants on a journey of self-discovery. She and her colleagues have developed a comprehensive training program which encourages young ladies to pursue their purpose, embrace their potential, and be guided by Godly principles while passionately serving their gift to the world. The system has produced doctors, authors, playwrights, motivational speakers, and entrepreneurs just to name a few.
Michelle is currently spearheading the process of establishing the Invisible Crown Foundation in an effort to expand the program beyond the confines of a pageant system. The purpose of establishing The Invisible Crown Foundation is to separate MBO’s charitable work, scholarship program, and holistic developmental module from its commercial enterprise.
A veteran broadcast journalist, Michelle has worked in the television industry for 25 years before entering the hospitality sector. She currently serves as Director of Public Affairs at Resorts World Bimini, a luxury marina resort in The Bahamas.
