OUR HISTORY

Global Priority is a world leader in values-driven leadership development. For more than 35 years, we’ve focused on developing high-capacity, values-driven leaders who transform the cultures around them. In recent years, we’ve partnered with national and government institutions to implement Corporate Campaigns that have turned toxic cultures into thriving ones.

We bring 45+ character-based values to organizations around the world—from small businesses to large corporations, schools to government agencies.

The principles which are the foundation of Global Priority were founded by businessmen John Schrock and Bernie Torrence, who started working with entrepreneurs and CEOs to bring character-based material into the business community. Leaders quickly saw the value in having their boards, management teams, and employees go through weekly RoundTable® sessions. The impact on business morale and productivity was tremendous!

Over the years, we’ve refined the values curriculum by adding benefits, characteristics, practical steps, and action boxes. We also captured the RoundTable® Methodology so others could be trained to implement it. Today, RoundTables have spread into every sector of society—government offices, schools, businesses, churches, and community organizations.

We’re still leading the way in a values-thirsty world by offering the materials we’ve developed, the experience we’ve accumulated, and the stories we’ve witnessed around the globe. The stories of transformation are rich—and the beautiful thing is, there are still more stories to be told.

Our mission is simple: take your corporate values off the wall and put them into the hearts and minds of your people.

Just as a butterfly experiences metamorphosis, participants in Global Priority RoundTable® sessions experience transformation in their lives. We’re humbled to be part of the process—making people’s lives more beautiful and seeing them freed by the “a-ha” moments that happen at the RoundTable. The result? OUR METHODOLOGY

Global Priority Solutions offers 45+ values separated into five module books. Individuals, small groups, and businesses can use our effective RoundTable® Methodology while exploring these character values.

What is a RoundTable®?

Our weekly RoundTable® Methodology creates a self-discovery process that brings personal transformation and corporate culture change. Ideas aren’t taught—they’re facilitated. RoundTable sessions use two-way communication in groups of 4-10 people for 30-60 minutes. During this time, every participant is given a voice and the opportunity for a win.

The RoundTable® Methodology creates an environment that is key to bringing change. It’s simple to duplicate and allows for stimulating discussion to take place. By engrafting values into your life, you become a powerful influencer.
