You’ve heard the old saying, “If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.” My dad was a business entrepreneur who had a different saying, “Let’s break it and make it better!” My dad instilled that belief in me. I’m always looking at things and thinking, “How could I improve this by making it better or more efficient?”
Improvement starts with me - making me better and making me more efficient. For most of my life, I’ve been a fast and shallow person. I’ve never stayed still long enough to understand myself or to ask myself probing questions of my thoughts, words, and actions. That changed when I put myself in a system called the RoundTable.
If I had to choose one word to describe my RoundTable experience, it would be transformational. I’m improving and becoming better and more efficient. I’m a very passionate person. When I experience something that impacts me, I want to share that experience with as many people as I can that will listen. My heart’s desire and passion is to help individuals and organizations break their current system and make it better by introducing them to the RoundTable system. I want to help them experience the same kind of transformation that I’ve experienced.
