The important part: I am married to Bonnie and we have two adult children Philippe and Marie-Catherine. Raised in the Catholic church (5 years of Latin and ancient Greek!), I drifted away from faith. Fortunately, I came back thanks to great mentors and we got baptized as Christians in 1993.
The learning part: B Scs in Operations Research, Fellowship of the Insurance Institute of Canada, MBA specialized in Project Management. Still learning about structured thinking and applying mathematics to business decisions. I read one business book a week on average.
The working part: Over 30 years in management roles, executive with large companies, Director, CEO and Chairman of public companies in technology. I also taught International Business Management to graduate students. Currently co-founder of MacLap Holdings Inc. (family holding co), and most of my time is spent on strategic planning and other activities for the Absolute Results Group.
The community part: I have given a lot of time to the French Community in BC. I helped a church plant in Vancouver for ten years. I am currently contributing to the strategic planning of the John Maxwell Leadership Foundation, Hope of Life in Guatemala and Transformation Paraguay.
