For 17 years, has worked as a social researcher on poverty, community development, and family, and as a lecturer and trainer primarily in family strengthening, cultural transformation, character and leadership.
From 2000 to 2006 she coordinated the Diagnosis about the Mexican Families Study, the biggest one in Latin America.
In 2008 she became a certified trainer from La Red Business Network, an organization that works on a social transformation based on universal principles. Since 2011, is Coach, Trainer, Speaker & Founding Partner at John Maxwell Team. In 2012 was certified for the Global Entrepreneur Institute in a coaching program.
She has participated as a consultant in various national and international institutions such as Loyola University of Chicago in family and migration matters and in the Dominican Republic for the Ministry of Family, among others.
In the area of civil society, she works as an Advisor of the United Commission against Human Trafficking and has collaborated with various institutions in prevention and training. In 2013 she joins the iEmpathize organization to eradicate sexual child exploitation, as Project Manager, and since 2014 as Mexico Hub Representative.
Since 2010 is the Mexico chapter representative for Global Priority Solutions.
