I have lived in South Africa all 46 of my years and have experienced its on-going struggles with change and transformation. I am fascinated by this struggle and how it occurs at individual, organizational and national levels. This fascination led me to complete my doctorate in practical theology in the areas of counseling and epistemology (the science of truth; how to develop reliable truth and knowledge and how to choose and live wisely in the light of it). I consult as “Change For Transformation” and am delighted to associate with Global Priority Solutions, and its incredibly powerful change and transformation programme.
Previously, I taught English and French at high school and tertiary levels. Being bilingual, I always have my ‘antennae’ twitching for opportunities in francophone Africa and France.
I have been married for 22 years to Heidi and we have two beautiful girls, Roxanne, 19 (first year of University), and Sasha, 16 (third last year of high school). I love to relax with music, movies, literature and the outdoors. Living in Cape Town we are blessed with natural splendour in every direction. A morning’s walk on Table Mountain with family and friends is as good as life gets.
