Dan Caldwell is a founding member of the highly regarded John Maxwell Team, an executive coach, sought after keynote speaker, and leadership development specialist who has dedicated his life to mentoring, teaching, and training leadership around the world.
Dan worked in Corporate America as the Senior Vice President for a Fortune 500 Company where he wrote and developed their first sales and marketing training program. He has served on numerous boards and counsels, always fulfilling a leadership role.
In December of 2012 he completed 50 continuous years of ministry serving as a senior pastor the last 25 of those years. He says: “Life is a process, full of learning experiences and there is still so much more to learn.”
Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Theology from Florida Theological Seminary and is a pastor to pastors, giving oversight to several churches and other non-profit organizations.
He and his wife of 49 years, Sue, have three adult sons, five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Dan grew up in Evansville, Indiana and presently resides in Oakland City, Indiana.
He is a leader to leaders, certified DISC Human Behavior Specialist, a Kentucky Colonel, Empowerment Mentoring Specialist, and an adamant lifetime student.
